Return Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made through Chrixxenzit, in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
Eligibility
You may request a return where the product is faulty, not as described, or where applicable law gives you a cooling-off right. Food supplements that are sealed may not be returnable once opened for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty.
Time limits
Contact us within fourteen days of delivery for non-fault returns where permitted. Faulty items should be reported as soon as you notice the issue.
Process
Write to us using the contact details in the footer with your order reference and a short description. We may ask for photos of the packaging. Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method where possible.
Shipping costs
If you change your mind where allowed, return shipping may be your responsibility unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to cover it.
Contact
Chrixxenzit, 224 Saint Asaph Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand. Use the identifiers shown as text in the Site footer for correspondence.
Cross-border orders
If you order from outside New Zealand, returns may be subject to additional time for transit and customs processes. Local consumer laws may apply in your country alongside this policy. We do not guarantee that return shipping costs or duties will be recoverable in every jurisdiction.
Food supplements
Returns of food supplements may be limited once seals are broken, except where the product is faulty or not as described, as stated above. This reflects hygiene rules and labelling expectations for food supplement products.
